We sell fresh fish and processed products from Toyosu to domestic customers. Fortunately, we have received orders from various customers such as Izakaya(Japanese style pub), Italian and Chinese restaurants, and bento (boxed lunch) shops regardless of genre.

This time, We will introduce an Italian restaurant located Itabashi ward, Tokyo, six minutes walk from Shimura Sanchome Station, named Felicita. As we originally supplied bean starch vermicelli and fresh fish to children’s canteen, which they managed in front of the restaurant, we got chance to start business with them.

 

We start with prosciutto salad to introduce from a variety of dish. 

Fresh vegetables such as arugula are delicious with the salty taste of raw ham.

It's cooked slowly with red wine, and the texture is soft and melting-like.
