This use chili peppers, but not mentaiko. Although Mentaiko is based in Fukuoka, its roots are in South Korea. On the other hand, cod is said to have originated in Japan, and especially in Hokkaido, there have been many landings of pollock since ancient times, so it seems that cod has been eaten since before the Edo period.

Green chili pepper is a new product that sets it apart from conventional chili peppers, and it is a cod that is different from conventional chili peppers, a cod that originated in Japan.
