The restaurant we would like to introduce to you this time is Japanese style dining bar named “Minami”, which is located in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo, 6-minutes walk distance from Narimasu Subway Station.

At first glance, Minami looks like a Ryotei (traditional Japanese style restaurant), but it is family run izakaya where is so cozy looking.

They serve a variety of standard dishes such as sashimi, tempura, and skewers, as well as original dishes and unusual dishes (such as fried frog).

They mainly purchase from us "Tuna collar", "Scallop meat", and "Yellowtail Fillets", and they also purchase various other items according to the season. In particular, they often order tuna collar, which is used as a banquet menu and is very popular among their regular customers. The following photos show some of the dishes we actually ate at the Minami.

The owner's skill is very evident in the course meals, which are creative dishes using seasonal fish and other ingredients depending on the season. The courses are available for parties of four or more. We met Minami through a connection with the father of one of our employees. Various famous people such as Olympic athletes have visited to Minami. This store is loved by many people.
